RESERVATION POLICIES:

A deposit and/or consultation fee may be due at the time of booking any personal sessions, ceremonies, or personal one-on-one work with me. All consultation fees, enrollment fees, tuition, bookings, or deposits (words may be used bilaterally by Wild Moon LLC.) are considered at once, the immediate exchange for services rendered. These services may include but are not limited to initial consultation calls, screening, preparation work, sessions, journeys, ceremonies, or retail. Any remainder fees or exchanges for services or products will be due based upon the varied services selected and due within the terms set forth by Wild Moon LLC. Payment may be requested in full either before or at the appointment time and must be honored.

REFUND POLICY

Wild Moon LLC holds a strict policy of NO REFUNDS. There are no refunds issued for any reason, whatsoever, at any time, for any reason. The monies paid are immediately invested back into the business to support, supply, and be in good standing with the required business operations, insurance, supplies, and more. Funds go to purchase any supportive elements to allow the continued ability to offer services to the community. Monies paid are for direct services. They can not and will NOT be transferred to another service for any reason. If you fail to meet your appointment you may not apply the monies to a future service. All financial inquiries, disputes, questions, and assistance needed must be made in writing to pathofthemedicine@gmail.com. No communication via text, messenger, or any social media platform will constitute any contractual agreement made on behalf of Wild Moon LLC

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. In the event of any cancelation, the deposit or monies applied is forfeited, and based upon the type of service offered you may be billed for 100% of your remainder appointment fee or financial exchange due, that was not paid for, due to the reschedule. Please make sure to meet your commitment when setting an appointment with me. In the event of an emergency or any extenuating circumstances where you may need financial assistance, you must reach out via email to pathofthemedicine@gmail.com to request support, reschedule, or financial negotiation.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in for appointments is to be either on time or no more than 10 min prior to the start time.

FACILITIES:

The location of the service offering will be disclosed only to those who are confirmed, booked, and ready. The address may oftentimes be released only a day or two prior to the appointment time.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All services are meant to complement western medicine practices. You are asked to seek medical advice prior to any work with Wild Moon LLC., or Keia Lavine, HHP., Please do not stop any medications, treatments, psychotherapy, therapeutic and psychological, or ANY medical services based upon working with me. You are responsible for your own health and the care you have established with any other provider. You are required to disclose ANY and ALL medical diagnoses, treatments, medications, history, or concerns prior to working with Wild Moon LLC or Keia Lavine, HHP. so that proper care can be provided in your therapies. Failure to disclose any information will leave you 100% liable for any and all outcomes that are not desirable and may allow for legal pursuit from Wild Moon LLC for any potential harm to reputation or business.

By being on this site you hereby are bound to the terms and conditions that govern the financial, therapeutic, educational, and business affairs of Wild Moon LLC. These terms are NON Negotiable.
